I bought a necklace, ring and earring that all matches. When I got the items from the mail, the necklace was missing from my order. I contacted Superjeweler and they told me that the item was out of stock. I said you sell jewelry that's not in your inventory? She says it happens all the time. I said the reason I bought the stuff is because they all match. She said you can always return the item. That's not the point. I think it's a very poor customer service on their part. I told her I'm returning items and not buy from them anymore.

Resolved: When I compared the 4 carat Diamond earring studs that I received from Superjeweler to similar ones at Costco, Costco's were much better!

The best place to buy diamond jewelry is from Costco! You will get what you pay for! The quality, color & clarity is much superior at Costco. I ordered a pair of 4 carat diamond studs from Superjeweler & I have CZ studs that have as much fire as these pitiful stones from Superjeweler. I actually took the Superjeweler pair into Costco to compare side by side with a similar pair & Costco's won, hands down! I am returning the pair to Superjeweler & will get my $9,000 credit on my card & will go to Costco & purchase a beautiful pair there! Save your time & money & go to Costco, you can't go wrong because you get what you pay for there.

THE COSTCO COMPARABLE PAIR IS $29,999!! What do you expect? its $20,000 more expensive.

Its the central stopping place with people who have an axe to grind. SuperJeweler had 250,000 transactions last year, and over 1,000,000 since inception.

Of course you are a professional jeweler and had your jeweler's loup with you so you could really do a comparison. Surface appearances can be deceiving.

Nope, I am not a jeweler & I didn't need a jewelers loop, because the difference was quite obvious to the naked eye. Their color & clarity rating is better than Superjeweler & the price is much better.

Just saying!

You can buy from Superjeweler if you like, but you may as well buy CZs. & save your money.

I ordered a bracelet for my 45th birthday and paid 1400 dollars for it and they shipped it to the wrong address and never refunded my money and that was in mid may.i contacted them and have not gotten any resolution from those thieves.They completely ruined my birthday!!!

I thought this company was trust worthy and legit. for Xmas my husband brought me a wedding band to replace the one I had lost. and everything with it was ok no problems so when it came to replace the engagement ring. I thought this company would be good they had beautiful rings at reasonable prices. So for my 8 yr anniversary my husband brought me a white gold sapphire & diamond ring and a pair of diamond earrings. on the ring there was something brown and the earrings where not what he had expected. Against my Husbands advice I returned it in the same package. They received the ring but claimed not to receive the earrings. This was packaged at home and they said the package had not been tampered with. So basically we are out the money on the earrings and that's that.. This is disgusting and repulsive.

I read another review and I have the identical issues! Bought an earring for my boyfriend and it was milky white. I was too mortified to give it to him! None of the earrings I have bought have good quality, I can't wear them as they fall out! I also noticed on the info. that they are not diamonds they are 1-2 chips so they can say diamond! I can't really say I loved anything I got from them, they are cheap, poor quality items advertised as beautiful jewelry. My mom got "GEMSTONE" earrings and they were PLASTIC! Their pictures are rarely what you get, so be very careful buying from SJ!

If it seems too good to be true it is....not what they claim and their site needs to be shutdown...horrible quality and then like pulling teeth to get your money back....SCAM....also had to leave messages on their answering machine for a call back? One woman handling everything by the name of Alexandria Greene....small operation with phony website. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR SEND MONEY...you will be sorry. They made us call them to verify our order and then stated they wanted us to use Paypal instead of a credit card....we refused....BEWARE BEWARE

I ordered a diamond earring for my boyfriend and I received a white hunk of garbage! Pictures of the earring compared to what I received are exact opposites. I was very disappointed and was too embarrassed to give him the earring! My mom ordered earrings that were very nice in the picture and were plastic! They state many items are made with diamonds but when you look at details there is 1-2 diamond chips! I ordered a 10k gold necklace and it was sterling silver! Most earrings I have bought have poor locks and can not be worn due to the fact that they would be lost. My boyfriend had an earring in and lost it in an hour due to the fact that the butterfly back didn't fit properly! Most of the items are very poor quality, very disappointed with superjeweler and will not buy from them again.

Worst Customer Service Ever

I placed an order with SuperJeweler.com and only received a portion of it. After chatting with Brittany 3 times I then asked for management, I got Catherine, not much better. they are not problem solvers, and all they ask is do you want a refund. Well I actually wanted my earrings as I had purchased them for a birthday gift. I will NEVER deal with them again. They are horrible to deal with and have no customer service skills as all. They are like androids accept worse! The android could probably solve the problem for you! AT this point I want to know who management is.

I ordered a diamond ring from this company at a great price, never arrived, sent an e-mail, bizarre response saying the order wasn't showing up on my history because I wasn't logged in at the time. Contacted CS to be told the order was cancelled due to payments authorisation issues! B........ They eventually told me due to a glitch the ring had been advertised at the wrong price so they cancelled it! Isn't this against the law somehow! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, items I did receive are of inferior quality and due to their customer service are impossible to return and to get refunds.

The ring was of very poor quality. Was suppose to have slight visible defects, but was very milky & had several defects. Had to pay over $20 to return to them, that they refused to refund the return amount. Customer service claims to be there during the week, but are very difficult to get a hold of, especially over the holiday season. Shipping took several days. I am so very disappointed with the whole situation. I wish I would have listened to all of the other reviews of the company. The reviews for the company were very poor on several sites.

I was interested in buying a 14k wedding band so because they don't list weight I e-mailed and called to find out how much the weight is on the ring I wanted to order, well after being told twice that it would be approximately 4.0g, I decided to order it, well after I received it I put it on a scale and to my dismay it only weighed 2.0g, I called and all they would do is say "sorry about the mis-communication, we can give you a refund". I wanted the ring I ordered not some cheap piece of ***.

SuperJeweler.com accusing a good buyer as the worst customer ever

An attractive pricing sale from one of the biggest sellers on Ebay -SuperJeweler.com drew my attention.14k white gold necklace with 1/4crt round cutting diamond,for only $99.99.Perfect for my NewYear gift to surprise her.============Ordered it with excitements, anticipation, took more than 3 days to finally confirm shipping.Tracked the parcel and it was delivered so far so good.============Until one morning,I received a phonecall from Fedex Import Team,asking me to provide Commercial Invoice of this item.According to my trading experiences,this is the type of invoice that only seller could provide,and I have no copies of it.So I answered "No,I don't have the invoice with me.""Ok,we will get in touch with your sender instead,"that's all I heard from the call.============As for my knowing,this package would never pass customs without that invoice.Instantly I emailed Superjeweler.com through Ebay about this issue.=============Another day passed,I tracked this parcel again to only realize it still stuck in customs.I had to know what happened,since I got no replies from both Fedex and Superjeweler.com.Full of anxiety, I called Fedex.According to them,this parcel still could not be released by customs because they haven't got any replies from my sender,which was Superjeweler.com.I double-checked Superjeweler's email with Fedex,and added other possible contact information of this seller to their knowing.(You could easily find a seller's contact information through the email of Paypal receipt on that transaction)"Ok I have updated your case and emailed this seller for Comercial Invoice". Fedex answered.=============I was surprised to realise the fact that SuperJeweler was probably unreachable, since this was my first deal from them(with fingers crossed,hoping this was not a scam),and this was meant for a NewYear gift(though I knew it meant no more due to the delay of package,but I'd still give it a try).=============I waited until it was their business opening time and used the Live Contact of their website -SuperJeweler.comhoping to at least reach someone from their office.Good thing after I sent the message about this issue,a representative named Elizabeth signed into this chatroom and replied me with extremely short answer, "K we'll reply to that Fedex email".=============Another day passed,I received a phonecall from Fedex that told me they have received the Commercial Invoice,but still needed to enquire me some questions because that invoice was not filled completely.I cooperated and answered them everything I knew about this sale and this necklace,it was almost like an interrogation.After I hung the call,I had mixed feelings.Good thing the wait was worthwhile, seemed like Elizabeth did look into my case.Even though the invoice shouldn't be left out in the first place,and the resubmitted one was not filled completely,well, at least the needed invoice was finally provided.==================What would happen if I did not use that Live Chat,then this seller would still be unreachable and my parcel was left there to rot?I sent message to SuperJeweler.com again through Ebay to update them about this case and to thank Elizabeth.I also expressed in that message telling them I didn't feel good about how they were being unreachable.===============Another day passed,I tracked this parcel again and found that it had finally been released by customsbut had a indefinite delivery period with Shipment Exceptions status.Again getting no replies from Fedex and Superjeweler,I chose to call Fedex again to look into this case.They said because of the delays on custom paperwork,now this parcel had to wait for days or weeks to get back on track again.Now it's confirmed that my NewYear gift plan was ruined.=============I sent message to Superjeweler again to update this case and told them because of insufficient document provided,my parcel went into a indefinite delays.============So more days passed,it was still the same status whenever I tracked this parcel.Still getting no replies from both Fedex and SuperJeweler,I knew I could only wait.This was a frustrating stage,not sure when this wait would be over.============Another day passed,I finally received the shortest reply from SuperJeweler,"We'll in touch with them,"and that was a reply to my very first message to them about this case.Wow,if I had to wait until this very moment only for you to respond,and did not use that Live Chat function to get this problem solved,my parcel would really go rotten.I replied to that message instantly telling them about how I felt and how disappoined I was,especially since they were such big and power seller on Ebay,I expected more and better from them.==============By the end of that day,I checked my parcel and the status finally changed to Released by Customs, In Transit.Good thing I made moves first before SuperJeweler was able to assist me with anything(In fact, nothing besides Elizabeth's part)===============Finally the wait was over, doorbell rung,and this dying parcel finally arrived.I couldn't express how excited I was,I thought I was about to jump-hug that delivery man.It was no longer NewYear when the parcel was here.But at least this parcel was no longer suffering in the customs.================I opened it with anticipation,yet it was dissatisfying.Packaged badly, a zip-locked bag with everything stuffed inside.Sloppy giftbag with a cheap pearl chain inside of it.The certificate card of the diamond looked fabricated.The blue cardboard box was no-way described as elegant.=================Opened it, listless necklace lying inside.Sponge was trimmed uneven.The chain was too fine, almost breakable.(I strongly suggest not to wear that fine chain to avoid breakage)Diamond looked okay but the clarity was definitely not there.I wondered if it would worth the price that certificate stated.==================I sent another message to SuperJeweler to inform them about the package arrivaland told them the quality of the whole package could be improved.With disappointment, I went to bed.==================Another day passed and I received the following response from SuperJeweler: "The package arrived in 1 week from the U.S, before New Years.This has been by far the worst buyer experience we have ever encountered.Very unfair."What a big accuse!It did arrive after NewYear.They were the unfair one to accuse me as the worst buyer.===================I obliged as a buyer,paid instantly,contacted them instantly when the parcel was stuck in customs,which obviously was not my fault for leaving out Commercial Invoice for paperworks.=================After all those messages I sent, they only responded by now!================1. Missed out commercial invoice which caused this parcel hadindefinite delays.2. Unreachable and never reply to my emails.3. Did not keep me updated in time about this case.4. Did not provide me any assistance or professional advices on this issue.5. Serve me badly by replying extremely short response.6.Accusing me as their worst customer.7. It's clearly their mistake in the first place by leaving out the invoice,yet they don't think they owe me any apologies.8. Decent time with mailing and return/ HORRIBLE jewelery quality

While my order was processed and item mailed out in a short time period (a few days worth), the quality of the earrings were nothing anyone would want to accept. The diamonds looked fake. No sparkle whatsoever. If I wanted fake diamonds I'd go spend 5 dollars at Walmart. The company was very quick though at receiving back the item and refunding my money so no complaints there! Not sure about their other jewelry but my guess is there is a reason their prices are so low. If a deal seems too good to be true then it probably is.

Superjeweler - Wedding Band Review from Tampa, Florida

I ordered a 1/10 carat white gold wedding band from here and so far i love it. Great price, came very fast and diamonds have great sparkle. Not sure about long term durability yet but so far great service not sure why there are so many conplaints. Would recommend to another. Not sure if the band will hold up forever but it does have a lifetime guarentee so awesome :)
