Feeling Hustled
Bought a 2.5 carat halo ring from Super Jeweler. I received it after about four weeks after ordering.
Which was fine for my plans.
I took the ring to a local jeweler friend in town. And was shocked at his discovery.
He examines the diamond. And discovers, that the Center diamond (was yellow in color ... noticeable to the naked eye) was actually injected with another substance to remove the large inclusion.
And had a filler material that was not a diamond. I was pissed. Because the reason their prices are cheaper. Is because of these low grade diamonds they sell.
Most jewelry store won’t even carry this quality. . Since my two months grace period for returns was over. I merely traded thier(Super Jewler’s) diamond, for and update in color, size an clarity.
Oh I took a financal bathe. But I wasn’t going to start my life with my Lady .. with a flawed diamond.
Don’t buy from these people .. unless you just don’t care about quality.

I bought a “$200” watch on special for $20. The watch ended up being a $5 Chinese watch with a fake second hand and strap that won’t stay.
No response from customer service. Better to be ripped off from a street dealer than a srore named “Super Jeweler” I could not recommend this company based on the dishonesty of this deal. I can only imagine what their “diamond” rings look like. The special was buy one get one free.
Even at that price, it was a rip-off.
I have 21 more words to meet the requirement of this review. Hopefully I helped someone from making the same mistake I have made with Super Jeweler

Pissed off Customer
I purchased a $517 ring for my wife for our upcoming anniversary.
Got a notice we had to pay an extra $67 on a COD charge. When
she called Super Jeweler to talk to a manager. The manager did not
care! Simply said if you don't want it send it back! Theres nothing
we can do for you period. Wow what happened to making the customer happy? I have spent thousands of dollars on rings to Super
Jeweler. Will never buy from them again

I also placed an order but on dec 08 plenty of time before christmas. They had no problem taking my money and immediately emailed an order confirmation with expected ship date of dec14th .
That date came and went . I called on dec 15th inquirying on order status i was upgraded to 2 day shipping and told it was being inspected as we spoke and should be shipped in a day or 2 . That came and went no shipment . I emailed my displeasure i got a cold automated response not even address my concerns .
Since dec 18th ive called almost every day inquiry and keep getting told its gonna be shipped out on friday , then on monday then for sure tuesday all thise days came and went also with no word . I beleive they are a scam company .
I will be cancelling my order and also calling credit card company and dispute the charge since i never received anything . This company should be reported to attorney generals office for possible fraud .

Feeling duped
Yes ...Clarity enhanced to someone who doesn’t deal in diamonds, doesn’t automatically mean ... it’s not a whole diamond. And something is injected into the large inclusion. The diamonds are yellow and of a very low grade in color and clarity.
And the reason I didn’t purchase a ring from my friend. Is because he deals in exclusively custom designed rings. With a minimum cost of $10,000. I wasn’t prepared to spend that much.
But I wish I would have done more homework of your products.
I guess you get what you pay for. Because your lost reflected in the poor quality or your products. I’ll know better the next time. Buyer beware ...

I never did receive my earrings. I contacted customer service online and she says the best they can do is research with DHL and that it may take up to 30 days for this to happen! I've already waited

I saw the ad on Facebook and decided to read the reviews. I’m shocked to see how unprofessional the company’s response is.
I guess their customers are absolutely not right.
Folks get defensive when they know their scam is up and it’s publicized - and boy was the “verified rep” defensive.Maybe their website should define what “clarity enhanced” means and maybe they’ll have happy customers who know what they’re ordering and are simply happy with the steal of a deal they’re getting.I think this customer only purchased for a bargain and regrets NOT buying from his jeweler friend. Lesson learned.No future customer here.
