Superjeweler - BAD COMPANY STAY AWAY
Didn`t ship by promised date. called was told will upgrade shipping and promised i would have it by date needed.
still did not get it. asked for refund got the runaround and more promises, finally demanded refund was told it was done. but days later still no refund. now i have filed a complaint with my credit card co.
should not have to go through all this for a ring. If you call be prepared to stay on hold for a long time and then get cut off.
after doing that three or four times a computer will finally come on and tell you that there is a high call volume and leave a message and you will get a call back. Dont believe it they will never call.BAD COMPANY STAY AWAY

Superjeweler Cons: Being lied to and notting getting what i ordered or my refund.
