I purchased a $517 ring for my wife for our upcoming anniversary.

Got a notice we had to pay an extra $67 on a COD charge. When

she called Super Jeweler to talk to a manager. The manager did not

care! Simply said if you don't want it send it back! Theres nothing

we can do for you period. Wow what happened to making the customer happy? I have spent thousands of dollars on rings to Super

Jeweler. Will never buy from them again

Hi Tammy,I can see lots of problems with your order, none of which are your fault.SuperJeweler has a Duty and Tax paid program, so you should not have had to pay the tax. I'm sorry that Customer Service did not properly help you and it sounds like the person you spoke to was not nice.
