I was so intrigued about the discount tell I ordered back-to-back-to-back-to-back without getting one product which I did half of my order was not there they said they would give me a refund if I return the half that I told him that I needed because I was having surgery as well as Tuesday would have been the twins birthday so they suggest to give the earrings to one of them and they have the other one whenever it gets to me gave me a diamond ring with supposed to bend Yellowstone got it checked out there is no Yellowstone and the stone was missing contact them 22 minutes after the delivery date that was placed to say that I received it I asked them for a return label so many different ways so many multiple times till they said they couldn't do it then it said okay I have requested for them to pay me back they response was I give you $20 off your next order are you kidding me there be no next order these people said or we sent you a return label I said after I had already told you that I had surgery Tuesday and that I had to get the item back to them as soon as possible because the surgery that I had was going to be or do or die they concern was why are you concerned about jewelry you should be concerned about your help I explain to them that my husband hadn't had a day off at 22 months and this was a get-well present which was missing a stone which was very obvious it wasn't aware you had to figure it out it was just that bad the quality was not as they pronounce it to be I went straight to the mall which is 1.9 miles from my home had to go to tell me that the classification is nowhere near it it is definitely not what you ordered but they wanted me to pay for return fee after being jilted half the order and then nothing was qualified talking to people that told me so many different lives then they said there was no supervisor. If I was on my way to surgery got a hold of a supervisor that said that she was from Georgia as well or been here told me that I should be concerned about my health not that they stole my money from me because it's exactly what they did and only after I submitted that I paid for my return feet then they said what we sent you a return label I said I was told in the chat which your transcript would allow me to upload it but I screenshot it and have copies of the records that I was told three different times three different chat live chat that they was going to send me a return label never did and then finally the day before I got a hold of the escalation department so they say Corey says our system doesn't allow them to email return labels.
