I bought an Octavius men's watch, and was sent the wrong model. Not only that, but the one they sent me was damaged.
I sent three emails detailing order number, correct model number and model number for the one I was sent. I got the automated "we'll get right back to you" email right away, but no further response. It's been about 6 weeks since my first email.
ZERO customer service! What does it take to get a response from this company?

I brought a Octavis watch that has a blue face and received one free with a tan face in which both are nice and keep good time. I don't understand how people can complain about a low price watch that looks nice or if they have a problem with after 6 months it's not like it's a $200 watch' I wear these watches just to kick around in looks great and keeps good time too
